Refund & Return Policy

For any change of variation (e.g sizes, colors) of your order, please contact us at cs@playfulmeow.com within 24 hours after your order is confirmed.  As we will fulfil your order in 24 hours.

We aim to provide the best possible online shopping experience to all our cat lovers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer) within 15 days of the receipt of your order (receipt date is the delivery date on the designated shipping company's tracking site) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange and consider as final sale for the hygiene reason.

  • Cat Trees, Cat Beds
  • Apparels for humans or cats
  • Jewelry for human or cats

All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that Playfulmeow is not held responsible for any damage caused by any phone accessories sold by Playfulmeow to your cellular device. 

If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. 

If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team at cs@playfulmeow.com, and we will do everything in our power to help you out.

Return and Exchange Process: 

Please email our customer care at cs@playfulmeow.com with the following information:

  1. Order number and the item for return/exchange
  2. Photo of the item in concern
  3. Reason for the return/exchange

We will provide the instruction for your request within 24 hours.
