Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day.
Delivery time
United States: 5–7 working days after your order ships.
Other countries: delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer. Contact us at cs@playfulmeow.com for an estimate before you order.
Shipping cost
- Orders of US$30 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under US$30: flat US$6.95.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, bad weather, customs checks and peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) can add extra days.
- Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility unless shown at checkout.
