The Cat Ears Hat – Born in Tokyo

Inspired by Asuka’s cat ear beret in Evangelion, this collection blurred the line between anime and fashion, and quietly took over Tokyo.

Launched by Playful Meow in 2019, it soon became a statement for fans proud to live and breathe their anime IRL.

No logos. No loud prints.

Just pure main character energy.

Like our customer said: “It’s like stepping into my anime opening scene."
